Age Requirement

One Account Only

Each player may register only ONE account. Multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) are strictly prohibited and will result in closure.

Accurate Information

All registration information must be true, current, and accurate. You must register in your own legal name – no third-party registrations.

Geographic Restrictions

Players from certain restricted territories cannot register. Using VPN/proxy to bypass restrictions is prohibited and grounds for account termination.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Never share credentials. Enable 2FA for enhanced security.

Email Verification

Valid email address required for registration. You must verify your email through the confirmation link sent. Check spam/junk folders if not received.

Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or close your account at any time if you breach these Terms, for KYC verification, or for fraud investigation.

KYC Verification

We may request identity documents (passport, driver’s license, proof of address) at any time. Failure to provide within 30 days may result in account restrictions.

Self-Exclusion

You can self-exclude for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Contact [email protected]. During exclusion, you cannot access your account or create new accounts.

Account Transfer

Your account is non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, or otherwise transfer your account to another person. Accounts are strictly personal.

Inactive Accounts

Accounts inactive for 12+ months may be charged a monthly maintenance fee of $5 (or equivalent crypto). Funds may be escheated per applicable law after 3 years.

Account Closure

You may close your account anytime by contacting support. Withdraw all funds first. We may retain data for 5 years for legal/regulatory compliance.

Cryptocurrency Accepted

We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Tether (USDT), and other major cryptocurrencies. Check website for current list.

Minimum Deposit

Minimum deposit varies by cryptocurrency. Typically 0.0005 BTC or equivalent. Deposits below minimum may not be credited.

Processing Time

Deposits credited after required blockchain confirmations. Usually 10-60 minutes depending on network congestion and cryptocurrency used.

No Fees

We do NOT charge deposit fees. You only pay blockchain network fees set by miners/validators. These fees vary by network traffic.

Minimum Withdrawal

Minimum withdrawal: 0.001 BTC or equivalent. Requests below minimum will be rejected. Maximize efficiency by withdrawing larger amounts less frequently.

Processing Time

Standard processing: 24-48 hours. VIP players: Priority processing (up to 24 hours). First withdrawal or large amounts may require additional verification.

Verification Required

KYC verification required for first withdrawal or cumulative withdrawals exceeding $2,000 (or equivalent). Provide ID, proof of address, payment method verification.

Same Method Rule

Withdrawals must go to the same wallet/method used for deposit (AML requirement). Exceptions require manager approval and additional verification.

Wagering Requirements

Max Bet Rule

While wagering bonus: Max bet $5 (or crypto equivalent) per spin/hand. Exceeding = bonus and winnings forfeited. Applies to all games.

Expiry Period

Bonuses typically expire in 30 days. Free spins: 7 days. Winnings from expired bonuses are void. Complete wagering before expiry.

Game Weighting

Bonus Abuse

Prohibited: Multiple accounts for bonuses, low-risk betting strategies, irregular play patterns. Abusers banned permanently + funds forfeited.

Collusion

Money Laundering

Using the casino to launder money, process third-party funds, or engage in any illegal financial activity will result in account closure and reporting to authorities.

Hacking / Exploits

Attempting to hack, exploit bugs, reverse engineer software, or manipulate games will result in permanent ban and criminal prosecution.

Deposit Limits

Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in Account Settings. Limits take effect immediately. Increases require 24-hour cooling-off period.

Session Time Limits

Set maximum session duration. You’ll receive alerts when time limit approaching. Session automatically ends when limit reached.

Self-Exclusion
