Acceptance of Terms

Account Suspension

Self-Exclusion

Account Transfer
Your account is non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, or otherwise transfer your account to another person. Accounts are strictly personal.
Inactive Accounts
Accounts inactive for 12+ months may be charged a monthly maintenance fee of $5 (or equivalent crypto). Funds may be escheated per applicable law after 3 years.
Account Closure
You may close your account anytime by contacting support. Withdraw all funds first. We may retain data for 5 years for legal/regulatory compliance.
⚠️ Account Misuse
Prohibited activities include: creating multiple accounts, using VPN/proxy to bypass restrictions, providing false information, money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion with other players, using automated software/bots, reverse engineering our software. Violators will have accounts closed and funds forfeited.

Important Deposit Rules
Deposits must come from wallets/accounts in YOUR name only. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Send ONLY the specified cryptocurrency to each deposit address (sending wrong coin = permanent loss). How to cash out your winnings
